you know I look around me and I see all these beautiful couples and i hear the giggles and whispers of " I love you" as they pass. When is it in a relationship do they take that step to say such a profound statement and mean it. A month? or is it more than that. Maybe three? I wish that this question could be answered for me so i know because I have never been in a relationship and I am very curious about this topic. HELP me guys to answer this question
